How do we handle cancellations?


Everyone can change their minds, if you decide to cancel your reservation, please contact us right away by emailing support@drivevinty.com.

We offer a full refund of the rental fee until 15 days prior to your rental date and a 50% refund until 72 hours in advance. The full balance is due after that. Please note that the service fee (5%) covering payment processing fees is non-refundable. 

We do not offer refund for same-day rental.


Cancellation by the Owner


If the car owner has to cancel your reservation, he will inform us and we will provide a replacement option or a full refund.
